I think Leah is beautiful. In Hebrew, le'ah means "weary". I would look for a middle name that balances this a bit, or lends itself to a favorable interpretation. Some ideas: Leah Peregrine (weary traveler, in hopes for a well-traveled life) Leah Demeter (roughly, weary Mother Earth, as a nod to the wisdom of old things) Leah Millicent (weary and strong -- strength/determination is the antidote for weariness) I see you are Jewish, so if you are looking for Hebrew names, here are a few where I think the meaning compliments Leah well: Leah Chaya (weary and alive, as though to celebrate ones weariness as evidence of one's life) Leah Kitra (weary crown, a reminder that leadership and responsibility must be worn thoughtfully)
We’re not really interested in Hebrew names. It’s honestly just a coincidence that the name we like happens to be biblical. I don’t like any of the other biblical names like Ruth, Sarah, Naomi, etc. We just don’t want a middle name thats blatantly Christian sounding.
