I used to sleep in my gym clothes the night before early morning workouts. It was one less thing to stress about the next morning. I use travel sized toiletries, as they took up less room in the gym bag. Also, bring an extra plastic bag for your wet and sweaty clothes. Trust me, you don’t want them mixing in with any regular clothes. If you can, keep extra things in the car. Like an extra towel and outfit for work. Invest in a styling blow dryer - I use the revlon hair brush one - this can be used on dry hair and drys hair twice as fast as a regular dryer
Some gym bags have separate compartments for sweaty clothes and sneakers. Well worth it. If you have a full length closet in your office, find an old but wearable full business outfit - plus shoes and underwear - and keep it at work. You never know what you might forget to pack, and it’s nice to know there is a backup.
