Disagree. I would not go back to the same stylist who didn't listen the first time and with whose work you're unhappy. Since you usually see the owner, call and explain. They should fix it.  [/quote]

I respectfully disagree with this take- there are often adjustments needed with color, it is not like she did some terrible, rushed hack job. I would discuss with stylist like an adult instead of running to tattletale to Mum. At least give the previous stylist the opportunity to fix (which is fairly straightforward), if she is resistant I would escalate to owner.[/quote]
