Not trying to promote anything here but if anyone is curious I did follow the plan in Andrea Olson's Tiny Potty Training Book for 18 Months+.
Non-coercive, non-rewarding, learning by doing. I did have to take at least one day off work in order to do it over a long weekend each time, but for us, totally worth it.

They do wear Pull-Ups at night time though (they're 4 and 2 now), my excuse being that I need the sleep and each time I've tried to have DC go without them she pees the bed... I guess that time will come eventually! Maybe it's better just to do the potty training for night-time too at the same time...[/quote]
