Tomorrow I will run for an hour (probably 7 miles or so) and I will earn 10 points for that. According to my HR monitor watch my run tomorrow will kill 720cal and I am going to be wanting to knaw my arm off all day tomorrow and will blow through my 26 points in 1.5 meals. If you are only earning 3 Points in 45 minuets, you really need to ramp up your effort.[/quote][/quote]
