Do you understand that the people you're asking are in jail? No one is suggesting letting them out as part of this. They literally have already done what you're suggesting - removing these violent people from the streets.

They're trying to figure out how they got violent in the first place and get ahead of it for the next guy. Because your thing isn't doing anything until after a violent crime has been committed - and it's already too late for those victims. [/quote]
