Or, your husband and his team weren't a good fit with where the COO wanted to go and while there will be short-term pain, the company will rebound and find people who do want to work in person.

People will self-select to the jobs that work for them and I guess we'll see long term what that means for overall productivity and innovation in different job industries and at different employers.[/quote]
