Public education in Montgomery County has not been ‘high-quality’ for the past decade or so. It is mediocre, at best. Just look at the test scores, especially over the past 5 years. The demographics of Moco are very different than 30 years ago so overall averages may be different; however, schools today offer just as good or better opportunities than 30 years ago. I can personally attest to this. My kids today have received a much better education than I had 30 years ago when I attended a W pyramid.[/quote]
