[/quote] +1 But you are perfectly within your rights to tell the contractors that you were ok with them using the water the first few days but they really need to figure out a solution with the neighbor. You can also leave your phone number so the neighbor can call you directly to discuss. If it were me and I were the neighbor I would probably apologize profusely and ask if I could reimburse you for the water. I'm sure it was a silly oversight. I wouldn't stress too much about it OP. you are helping a company keep on schedule and you are doing your neighbors are huge service.[/quote]
