The City of San Diego itself had a moderate republican mayor very recently, and historically has been republican leaning. Not sure if that’s changing. Outpost Rd area is very hip and leans liberal I think. But the Filipino population in Mira Mesa seems to be moderate to conservative. La Jolla should still be conservative. Hillcrest and North Park are quite liberal. Del Mar is probably a healthy mix of liberal, moderate, and conservative. Etc. [/quote]
