Oh no OP. No way. Love it hot, humid and sticky. You just have to figure out how to dress, or not. When to move around outside and avoid mozzies. And to drink a bit more water and eat less warming foods and dairy. Love the summers, love the socialization, love the late warm nights with lots of people outside. Love it. Always will. Maybe you should move somewhere that isn't as humid or venture to a cooler location for all summer if you can WFH.
We are opposites. Yes, I need to move somewhere cooler for sure. But this weather makes me nauseous, dizzy, and exhausted - no matter how much I sleep, how I dress, what I eat, or how much I hydrate. Tell me, how can I run and feel more comfortable than a sports bra and shorts, in the early morning? Bodies are different. I think you are an outlier though - nothing makes me want to turn into a recluse hermit more than hot, sunny, humid summer days. It makes me feel like complete shit, no matter what. I think most people feel uncomfortable when it's 90+.
