I’m a teacher who does a welcome walk. I have no complaints—it’s really fun. We have all of Wednesday with no meetings and have nothing scheduled after the open house on Friday morning. And unless you’re on a specific committee or sped team, there are no meetings on Monday (except a big morning meeting). I’ve never had a problem getting my room ready. Same for my teammates. I believe it’s fun. I wasn’t questioning that nor was I thinking you would complain. I was just curious when you had time to plan and get the room ready. It’s good that they give you most of the day on Monday and Friday along with all day Wednesday. [/quote]
