[/quote] I’m in my 50’s, I grew up in DC and it was less safe when I grew up. However, it’s becoming less safe again because people are willing to lower penalties that used to dissuade crime. Now “it’s only fair” apparently to not enforce laws or we just change them. It’s not a good.[/quote]
