[/quote] dp if the dh is willing to let the dog off leash I would be worried that the dog could get hit by a car. Also, if untrained it is going to be difficult for an inexperienced person to walk. If the dog is under exercised you can't just start walking them an hour straight in this heat. You have to build slowly.[/quote]
