Not the same as Kelis and possibly not Beyonce. Record companies are not giving total control to unproven new artists. Taylor’s Dad helped her so an adult was in the room to read the contract and advise her. Same would be true for Beyonce. Now that Taylor is successful her new record company basically gave her everything she wanted including the masters for all new music. [/quote]
