What is your approach? [/quote] I limit what I eat. So I don't eat the sweet stuff or the fried / fatty stuff ever and I focus on limiting what I do eat to about 1200 calories per day. Skim milk only, no snacks, balance. It's good and it feels like a permanent change, not a quick fix. I think I can happily eat this way now as I'm rarely hungry and I also rarely have stomach issues, it's all an improvement. I'm sure that the weight loss will just level off at some point. [/quote]
