I made poor life choices due to C-PTSD from being physically, emotionally, and sexually abused as a child. I was retraumatized in my previous marriage to an emotionally and financially abusive spouse who also cheated on me. Despite my many struggles after leaving my ex, it was a period of tremendous growth and I learned many positive habits to create a functional and happy life for myself and my kids.
