DOTS was ridiculously unrealistic (although very entertaining!) with the medical and military stuff.

The Kdrama subreddit has had many posts about how realistic the portrayal of autism is. There seems to be a fairly decent consensus that it is realistic. (Acknowledging that it's a spectrum disorder, and this is just one portrayal) It sounds like there are a lot of people with autism who are watching and appreciating it. [/quote]
