[/quote] Listen, I understand completely. I too, grew up with a mother who fancied herself in the Mob (never accept a favor). But you're not a child anymore. And part of growing up is looking at what's going on around you and doing what's right to do NOW. Not what our parents did, or told us to do. If you'd never expect your friend to pay you back in this situation, what is your logic for thinking you should pay HER back in this situation? There is none. You're in the clear on this.
