This is funny.
Actually I think they need to get up early to claim the best spots. With that much determination, [b]I really think  some of them can go get legitimate jobs. There are enough “we are hiring” signs around. [/b]

This whole thing is one of my biggest pet peeve. And drivers  hold up traffic to give them money. The other day someone  in an interior lane waved $5 out and the poor soul almost got hit.  I am usually compassionate, but hate the anger and resentment I usually  feel when I see them. I know They make pretty good money if you consider how many cars go by just during morning and afternoon  rush hour at the busiest intersections , and the number of times the light changes. If 1% of people gave them $1 and all tax free.

Yeah some cannot get jobs for whatever reason. But Some can. 
I’m talking about minimal alternatives to is handling, not corporate gigs. Also Not all jobs do criminal checks, and most just “hiring” don’t expect a resume.[/quote]
