I think the thing that frustrated me the most was not keeping me informed about the delays. If they had to said to me in January that the dresser wouldn't arrive until July, I may have chosen another place to buy a dresser or at least I would have been prepared for a long wait. If I did go ahead with it I would have never called to complain before July. I almost felt like it was a bait and switch - "it will arrive by April....oh wait a minute....shipping delays." I am a reasonable person but calling and having them have NO idea where it was or when it would come was annoying. Oh, and they didn't stop preauthorizing my card each month! In June I had gotten a new debit card and they wrote me a terse email saying if I didn't call them in 48 hours they would be canceling my whole order. I'm so done with them![/quote]
