Yup. Just the portion that affects Maryland residents of the national park. Not the portion that affects DC resident users of the national park. No biggie. Unless you are a Maryland resident who wants to use the national park.[/quote]

That's pretty much backwards.  Maryland residents now get more use out of the park.  They can bike, skate, walk, run, take their pets for walks.  DC residents have to make their way to the tip of the District for these benefits.  There's no negative impact on Maryland residents, just a slight inconvenience for Maryland [i]commuters[/i].
