Franchot is more moderate and would play better outside the I-95 corridor than the other candidates. But on all the big issues, they are all in lockstep. You're voting for form over substance in this primary. The polling in this election has been pretty much useless. Moore's most recent internal poll that they released shows Franchot in front at 21% and Moore with 20%.
