Median Household Income: MD is number 2 in the nation. VA is not in the top 5.

GDP: MD is number 8. VA is not in the top 10.

Now compare Loudoun & Fairfax county vs Montgomery county. Last time I checked Montgomery doesn’t even crack the top 10 in medium income. [/quote]
How many of those new build developments in the last 20 years in Loudoun included affordable housing?
How much has all the building contributed to environmental issues and Loudoun homeowners do not fully bare those costs?  
Starting 15 years ago, they should have required all new homes to have geothermal or solar but but only did that not happen - they added in more garages and made them bigger for larger cars[/quote]
