Getting a 4mg pen will get you 8 weeks worth to start: 4 weeks at 0.25mg = 1mg 2 weeks at 0.5mg = 1mg 2 weeks at 1.0 mg = 2mg After that you can stay at 1.0mg for a while and then step up to 2mg if you plateau.
