Should I do some academic enrichment ( math, reading or writing) at home or sign him up with something to learn something new or find a tutor or let him just watch screentime ?

You should be doing swim lessons for safety reasons.  Summer is the perfect time because your kid can practice on pool visits.[/quote]

Swimming is the absolute top priority.  Academic enrichment is secondary to how important that is.  You can do it at one of those indoor places (Goldfish, Big Blue), but you need to start now. [/quote]
