Start small. 3 minute walk or whatever you want to start with. Add 1 minute per day. Or 2 minutes every other day. Take a day off if you’re feeling too much pulling. You’ll work up to 30m in no time. After a few months you’ll feel fairly normal again. I’m 5y later and it has been years and years since I felt any pull at my scar. *Once a year or so I do a new extreme sport, and I don’t feel like I’ve ever had 2 CSs.
Please don’t extrapolate an individualized experience to predict what another woman will experience. 2 years postpartum and I definitely still have scar issues and pain, plus other issues from my first vaginal birth. Every woman is an individual. We all recover differently after we give birth. Some people go entirely back to how they were before, some are able to get there more or less with help and pelvic floor PT, and some women have permanent issues that can require extensive treatment and support, and which might never reverse (eg incontinence, prolapse, etc) and may even require surgery to address. Thankfully we have options for care and treatment but let’s not pretend we know anything else about OP other than that she is eager to move.
