Agree - I think telework is brutal on new people who are trying to feel connection to the team.

I agree w/PP who indicated surges in understanding at 6 and 12 mos. I’m at 18 months and feel pretty comfortable with the work, though, also like another PP, I can see the org outside my team is pretty crappy so it’s time to start the process all over again someplace new[/quote]
