I assume the issue isn't with students having a graduation experience - if they've met the requirements for graduation- rather, they shouldn't go through the ceremony if they haven't yet completed the requirements. OP may be assuming those students are actually receiving their diplomas. I don't think they receive an actual diploma until after they have met the graduation requirements.[/quote]
