Noboby is excusing anyone. The question is why is Elrich accountable for this guys behavior? I understand he appointed him, but this is the DMV, there are thousands of appointees at all levels of government around us. I want to understand why Elrich is accountable for this guy making a blunder and not just the guy himself. [/quote]
