Where are the girls who study and go to school and try to sweep while ATVs and dirt bikes rip through the streets back and forth for hours on end every single night? Who cares for them? My political agenda is to make a healthy, happy, hopeful and unafraid city. This place could be Monaco given its size and strategic importance. Why isn’t it? [/quote]
