If they don't have the information available to them (e.g. for non-FCPS students), they can offer a way for families to provide the relevant documentation. It is really easy for parents to provide IEPs/504 plans and school records will show a kid is an ELL. Parents know that they cannot lie about that because it is something that is easily verified. Parents choose to answer a question that they knew was directed at FARMs status in a way that is technically right with the hopes to get the benefit of a bump in score during a year when the documentation would not exist at the school. Now the school is asking for the documentation.

Maybe since offers were already made they will honor those but recalculate wait list #s and reorder that list.
