[/quote] If it makes you feel better, we had no field trips this year at our bethesda school. We got a new principal during the pandemic and apparently she just didn’t want to do them? I’m really irritated that other schools were doing them. I’m positive it’s not the teacher team at our school—they are great and I think always loved the field trips and we always had tons of parent volunteers to chaperone and help with logistics. Our fifth graders always got to go to St Mary’s or Mt Vernon—such a great educational opportunity. Really sad these things didn’t happen. [/quote]
