I think you can't go wrong with GW or SG. I can't speak about CFA other than to say that Dr. Sacks is the only one there who gets consistent good reviews - but you need a practice where all the docs will be well-versed in your case. I have a friend who is with Sacks and felt like she couldn't get a straight (or valid) answer from other docs at CFA so she had to wait for him to return from his 2 week vacation. Not a good spot to be in, not that that happens everyday, but it is something to consider. SG and GW can pick up the ball in the absence of another doc a lot easier than I believe CFA can.[/quote]
