Otherwise you set yourself up for wading through questions when you trickle information out. Anemic 5 yos are not common, of course people are going to question. [/quote] Not OP, but that information is unnecessary to answering the question. I see it all the time on DCUM, too. The question was what can she take to the pool for dinner that is high in iron. That's all that you need to know. Answer with foods that are high in iron that are easy to pack and eat without heating. That's it. You don't need any more info.[/quote]
