My 5’10” 15 year old had to have four baby teeth pulled at 14 because he still hadn’t lost them or gotten those adult teeth. He has a huge growth spurt 13-14. My 13 year old also just had four teeth pulled and still has two baby teeth and has huge gaps where his adult teeth haven’t come in. He’s had a major growth spurt over the last year.[/quote]
