She chairs Government Operations.  She knows what type of sh** show Elrich's "fiscal policy" is.

Review all the ARPA funding controversies.  
Look at his FY23 operating budget built on one-time funds but obligating the County to indefinite spending moving into FY24. 
Paying volunteer firefighters a COVID stipend so they were paid similarly to employees. 
Increasing CIP projects by 5-10% for his zero emissions goals. You know it ultimately will cost more than that. And our tax dollars pay the debt service.

The council controls and approves operating and CIP budget. Every issue that you are pointing to is actually the council’s fault and more specifically Navarro’s if she’s the committee chair. [/quote]

LOL. Absurd abdication of responsibility. Not to mention only part of the story, as it doesn’t address all the revenue cuts and subsidies the council passed and promised to fix with revenue but never did. [/quote]
