[/quote] Just for any moms out there trying this but not getting the same results - it’s ok it’s also sometimes the baby. I did all.the.things. And still very much ascribe to the sleep begets sleep philosophy even with my 1 and 4 year old who are now good sleepers but man I have really crappy newborn baby sleepers! I mean within normal range, but woof! This is only a note in case another mom of a newborn is reading this going omg what am I doing wrong my baby doesn’t take 3 1.5 hr a day naps!! It’s ok, keep using the tools, follow wake windows, and know that some babies take a little more time. And some need more sleep than others. [/quote]
