My neighbor (also shared walls) adopted a pandemic pup and it sounds exactly like OP's situation (minus the jumping up). Constant barking, growling, etc., and my neighbor doesn't seem to understand how to train the dog or to seek out training for the dog. It's really awful. [/quote]
