I don't agree with the first statement. I do agree with the second statement. Minority and disadvantaged students of color dominate the focus of the school and seem to take priority over the white child with LD/emotional issues. VAST improvement with a change in case carrier; but COVID shifted the focus back to prioritizing other kids "with greater needs" and there apparently were endless lines of kids with more pressing needs than our IEP kid with low grades and high anxiety.
