My impression is there are not a small number of people who matched at Basis who are still on WL for Latin I, and just about 100% of the Latin II WL. If (big if) anyone gets off Latin I WL that will drive subsequent movement on Basis and Latin II. But likely to be a delayed movement because Latin I needs to move first. Would also observe that the person who processes enrollments at Basis does not appear to be in a rush.
