No one needs to be harmed in order for something to be inexcusable. Any organization that can’t get their act together and fix a technical glitch like multiple texts, it’s failing. They know there’s a problem so they should stop texting and address the issue. If it’s a simple problem then why hasn’t it been fixed? [/quote]
