I think you should begin by picking public courses that are located as close as possible to you, for sake of convenience. Give Oak Marr a try. I've never been there myself, but I think there is a decent chance you will find a teaching pro who is a good fit for your child. If you try instructor "A" for a couple of lessons and are not satisfied, then give instructor "B" a try (at Oak Marr, as opposed to a different course); that is, don't feel tied down to one instructor.
