Lots of Natural immunity since so many people had covid at Christmas. Cases reporting is low because people aren’t getting PCR anymore. Hospitalizations will lag.
Hospitalizations and death rate is what really matters. Flu-like symptoms at home will always be around for susceptible individuals. Work to beef up your immunity if you want.
How do you “beef up” your immunity?
Eat healthy, exercise, mind your vitamins/minerals, drink water, get plenty of sleep, minimize stress, etc. Fascinating how there’s such little discussion about this on a “heath” forum.
You cut off the part of my post you so breezily replied to; I’m a cancer patient who wishes nothing more than covid would magically disappear as it has in your mind. Despite the fact that I have healthy habits, and indeed, excellent blood cell counts for a chemo patient, we are living a horrible half existence where we have to be covid-cautious and still try to get out and make memories with our children as my health allows. So try to show some compassion for the people you are writing off as just needing to “beef up” their immunity. Peace.
