[/quote] I know you are talking about juveniles here, but it's also important to note that the AG's office does not have control over felony prosecutions of adults. Too many cases end up being handled by junior US attorneys who have their eye on their next career move rather than career DC employees who are more invested in and accountable to their community.[/quote]
