People were basically on the honor system, and stay at home orders and the like were mostly just suggestions. That’s a little different than martial law, where you’d have police and the military enforcing curfews and the like. Anyway, no country would invade a nuclear armed nation. The result would be nuclear war, where everyone dies.[/quote]
