I think the real problem is that many NA neighborhood Elementary Schools do no have a very diverse teaching staff. More specifically Tuckahoe, Cardinal, Nottingham, Jamestown, Taylor....but others probably know better.[/quote]

Again, a non-issue if I can't find anyone else to hire.  Warm bodies over no bodies is my motto.  Yours seems to be different.  I guess I'm just not woke enough in my little 75+% COC school.  LOL.[/quote]
