If the focus is on the students then there would be smaller number of students per class. More highly trained special educators. More support staff like school counselors, school psychologists, LCSW, occupational therapists, and speech therapists. Dr. McKnight’s budget speaks volumes that students do not come first in MCPS.[/quote]
