You really think this started under the Biden administration? There were a lot of questions about the secret service under trump. This seems to have gone on for a while and the secret service officers were not rejecting the gifts. The secret service was not involved in the arrest even though they can make arrests. Remember when Biden said he didn’t trust his USSS detail and replaced them with agents who had protected him when he was VPOTUS? I remember.
