Or you eat one or the other of these options?[/quote] I eat 2 breakfasts each day, at 5:30am and 9am. Lunches at 11 and 2. A snack at 4 if I'm hungry. Dinner at 5pm and nothing more til morning. I have reflux, which acts up if I go to bed with food in my stomach.[/quote]
